Sports Betting Rules
- All sports bets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant betting market as displayed at the time of bet placement. Players are responsible for reviewing market rules before placing wagers.
- Odds displayed on the bd47 platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted, not those displayed prior to confirmation.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
- Immediate suspension of the Player's account pending investigation. During suspension the Player will be unable to access games, place bets, or request withdrawals.
- Forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds where the prohibited conduct relates to bonus abuse or promotional exploitation.
- Permanent account closure where the investigation confirms a material breach of these terms. Permanently closed accounts are not eligible for reinstatement under any circumstances.
- Recovery of any funds paid out in error or as a direct result of the prohibited conduct, including the right to offset such amounts against any outstanding balance.
- Referral of evidence to Bangladeshi law enforcement authorities or financial intelligence units where the prohibited conduct constitutes or is suspected to constitute a criminal offence.
Dispute Resolution

bd47 will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and aim to provide a final written response within 10 business days of receipt. During the dispute review period, any account suspension will remain in place.
bd47's final written response to a formally submitted dispute is binding. Players who remain dissatisfied after receiving bd47's final response may seek independent legal advice at their own cost.
Additional Legal Provisions
Limitation of Liability
bd47's liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims is limited to the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event. bd47 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bd47 platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, text, logos, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bd47 or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
